My parents referred us to Nate and we are so glad that they did! Nate was great to work with and quick to respond. The inspection report was returned on the same day and was extremely thorough with pictures, notes and tips as well. Even though we were purchasing a new construction home, we wanted to have an outside inspection and we are so relieved that we did! Nate found a gas leak, microwave not working, some windows not properly sealed and many other things that we wouldn't have noticed. Thank goodness we decided to have him come out and that he found that gas leak! His findings and suggestions made us feel more confident in closing on our new home. Would highly recommend to family, friends and anyone that needs someone they can trust to do a great inspection. Thank you, Nate!
