What to Expect From Your Inspection

If you are in need of a home inspection in the Bradenton area, Homestead Property Inspections is here to help. Whether you are a seller, buyer, investor, real estate professional, lender or insurer, we are capable of providing you with the expert and efficient inspection services you need.

I am focused on education, and our goal is to provide you with all of the information you need about the property in question and its overall condition. I welcome clients to walk through the home with me and to ask any questions they may have throughout the inspection process.

Homestead Property Inspections has a thorough, multi-point checklist that ensures that no stone is left unturned. I will explain the overall, general condition of the home and its systems to you and your agent after your inspection is complete.

In addition, I will compile a comprehensive report, delivered online via HTML or PDF format, documenting all of the findings including images, references and further details. This report will be available for you both in a desktop-friendly format and a mobile format so that you can stay in the loop and check your report even when you’re on the go.

We always include a free basic thermal scan of your home with any full home inspection.
